On the day of the appointment, we help your parent through each stage of the visit.
Registration and queues
We help with registration for BPJS and private patients and accompany your parent while they wait.
During the doctor’s consultation
We accompany the consultation and record the treating doctor’s instructions as they are given.
Payment and medicine collection
We help with payment at the cashier and medicine collection at the hospital pharmacy.
The visit report
We prepare a written summary of the visit, the doctor’s instructions and follow-up points on the same day, so the family stays informed.

Accompaniment by professional nurses
A certified professional nurse accompanies your parent.
- All field companions have at least a Diploma 3 (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) in nursing and hold STR registration.
- Fluent communication in Balinese
- Trained in procedures for navigating healthcare facilities in Bali and bound by a non-disclosure agreement covering the family’s medical information.
- Background and credential checks
- Every companion must have current nurse registration and undergo police and background checks.
- Everything agreed before appointment day
- Companion availability, service details and costs are discussed before you confirm the booking.

Hospital accompaniment

For the first four hours at the hospital.
Additional time: Rp60,000/hour
If the specialist is running late and the wait exceeds four hours, we provide a 15-minute grace period at no extra charge. Overtime starts only after the first four hours plus 15 minutes, at Rp60,000 per hour.

Service availability is checked for the hospital or clinic location and appointment date.

- Transport is still in development and is not included in the current accompaniment service.
- Payment
- A 50% down payment is required. The remaining 50% is paid after the accompaniment session ends.
- Rescheduling and cancellation
Rescheduling one day before the visit is free of charge.
If you cancel the day before the visit, your deposit is forfeited.
Frequently asked questions
Can you accompany patients who use BPJS Kesehatan?
Yes. We assist patients throughout the entire BPJS process, from fingerprint verification and SEP (Eligibility Letter) processing to specialist clinic queues and the pharmacy counter for chronic medication.
What happens if the specialist is running late and the wait exceeds four hours?
We provide a 15-minute grace period at no extra charge. Overtime fees are applied transparently only after the first four hours plus the additional 15-minute grace period, at Rp60,000 per hour.
How can I make a payment if I am overseas?
Payments are easy and convenient via BCA or Mandiri bank transfer, or QRIS.
Can your companions speak Balinese?
Yes. All our companions are fluent in Basa Bali and are trained to treat elderly parents with respect and care.
